I find men in uniform very sexy. My preferences:
1: Military fatigues
2: Police
3: Ninja
I think I really realized my preference for military uniforms when I was playing Metal Gear Solid 3 and found the character of Ocelot super hot. 
Men in uniform and especially men who know every weapon ever made and how to use it well get me steamy in the drawers. There’s a poster on this forum called something like ‘Stranger on a Train’ or something who’s always talking about weapons. I literally drool over the fantasy I’ve created for that guy in my mind. Top uniform preferences:
Something about believing I have to do everything they tell me to do…erm, gotta run. 
Oh god yes! DeHusband was in the Air Force when we were dating. The blue uniform… not so much. But Fatigues! With all those buttons? Yeah, baby.
Followed by Dress Uniform (Any branch but mostly Marine) I think it’s the gloves.

I’ve never been a uniform gal. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying the uniform is never hot, but it just doesn’t do it for me most of the time. I don’t seek the uniform out, but the day I happened to stop at a 7-11 next to a National Guard mustering site (or whatever they’re called), I certainly wasn’t complaining.
Mercy yes. My husband was in the Army and every now and then I make him put on his BDUs just so I can ogle. So hot. He also worked in hospitals and has a lot of scrubs/lab coats around the house. He wears the scrubs to lounge around in, and I think those are incredibly sexy looking as well.

Okay, this is stretching a bit, but, really, the crowing glory of any uniform is a regulation buzzcut. Mmmm hmmm.
Hate it. HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT. A military uniform does no more for me than a UPS uniform.
I think that’s it–I don’t like the uniform because I’m just not a fan of the buzzcut.
Hmmm…chicken or egg thing with me…fatigues became incrediblely erotic to me. Right after I met (and…met, shall we say) a guy who wore fatigues to work. He was sexy. Therefore every soilder I came across…errr…who I met…errr…no not like that…painted myself into a corner haven’t I? …had a certain frisson…But then i was dissapointed when I realized it wasn’t HIM
And those boots are kind of sexy.

for me it’s not what they’re wearing but how they carry themselves. Clean, pressed, confident - that’s what does it for me. Let me amend that - men in 3-piece suits or tuxedos melt me everytime.

If I find the man attractive to begin with, a military uniform is definitely hot. I even get very happy when certain actors play military members on shows that I watch (like Christian Slater’s turn on West Wing, and Ben Browder’s addition to Stargate SG-1 … though not even the sight of Benjamin Bratt in uniform could hold my interest in E-Ring). If the guy doesn’t do anything for me, though, the uniform has no effect. I’ve never been a “uniform slut,” unlike some girls I knew in high school/college: we would hang out in Annapolis, and they’d go after the first middie (US Naval Academy midshipman) they saw. :rolleyes:
Unlike many of the pro-uniform respondants in this thread, I don’t particularly care for BDUs. They just don’t do anything for me. I once worked as a civilian in an Army housing office with an attractive AF sergeant, and he loved the rare times he was allowed to come to work in BDUs … I was always a little disappointed on those days. I also don’t have any preference among the branches: the turn-on is as much about what the uniform represents as the look itself.
Other uniforms (fire, police, etc.) can look good, but aren’t much better than a nice suit or a tux.
Never really thought about which ones are hottest, but yes, a thousand times yes!
Military and firefighter and UPS and a tall strong man in a bright white t-shirt, denims or carharts, boots and a toolbelt? Oh my, yes.
