Chipotle's barbacoa...help me cook!
I was just in Houston this past weekend, and discovered Chipotle's. I think I'm in love! I was there three full days and ate lunch at Chipotle 3 times...barbacoa burrito (minus the cilantro rice...cilantro tastes like soap to me).
How do I make barbacoa? Because I was tempted to try to make a backroom deal to buy about 100 pounds of the stuff and have it shipped refrigerated to Lancaster where I could freeze it to make at least once a week...
Any ideas as to a barbacoa recipe that's close to Chipotle's?
