I just dropped a thank you off at my upstairs neighbors’. Their 4-year-old is just learning to write, and on the front door they had a marker drawing of hers on which she’d written:
HAEPY
NEM
YEAR
So I just wanted to wish a Haepy Nem Year to everybody! 
And a Haepy Nem Year to you and yours, Doug!

Reminds of a family story. My father’s sister, her husband, and two year old daughter were staying with us during winter break. It was Dec. 31st, and it was time for the kid to go to bed. My aunt had her say good night to everyone, and went upsatairs to begin the whole putting-to-bed process.
A couple of minutes later, this little girl comes running out without any pants on and yells, “Happy Noo Yoos!” We all laughed and wished her a Happy Noo Yoos too. Ever since then in our family we wish each other Happy Noo Yoos on Dec. 31st.
