Zeitgeist (The Movie)

ZeitgeistL The Movie

I guess first of all I should note that:

a) I am the furtherest thing from a “conspiracy theorist” and I’ve never been the type to proclaim the pros of “tin-foil hattery”.
and
b) I have an extreme distrust of authority and am an athiest

A friend of mine sent me a link to this page in an e-mail, and the website links directly to a (Google Video) full, free, streaming version of the movie (the movie is intended for non-profit, public domain). Basically, the movie first attacks religion (Christianity, in particular) then moves on to speculate about whether 9/11 was an “inside job”, then moves on to thrash the international banking conglomerates.

I found the movie to be very thought-provoking, and seems to state a pretty good case in favor of the director’s arguments. My question, I guess, is:
What’s your take on this film? Is it complete and utter bullshit, or is it fairly accurate? The website contains a list of sources (“Cite”!). If nothing else, this film at least got me thinking. If anyone has a spare couple of hours, I’d really appreciate some other opinions on this film, especially regarding how accurate the information therein is. At the very least, the first 30 minutes of the film (the portion based on religious criticism) was very entertaining.

My “guest” subscription runs out 9/24, and I’d really like to participate in this thread (especially considering I started it  ) so, the sooner the reply, the better.

P.S.: LONG-time lurker (2000), first-time ‘guest’. (Seriously considering coughing up the subscription fee.) SDMB rocks!

Mods: By the way, if this thread isn’t in the right area, feel free to move it to the appropriate area. I’m asking for the accuracy of facts within the movie, not necessarily artistic appraisals.

So THAT’s the film that the Britney-obsessed crying kid linked to.

i’ve been curious about this one myself… any answers?

9/11 wasn’t an inside job. Ten seconds of thought should be sufficient to prove this. The “sources” are nothing more than the ususal lunatics–Alex Jones, David Griffin, Jim Marrs, etc.
