Yes there has, I can point to Roger Thornhill & Excalibre as examples and I think Reeder is another.

Doing an advance search on ATMB for Banned in titles will get many more results.

We generally discourage threads discussing banned members. But, to answer your question (and as others have already mentioned in this thread), yes, we've had a small--very small--number of Charter Members banned.
