I discovered this a while ago and think that some of the dopers more into football might enjoy it. It's free to play, and you shepherd a player up through the ranks or manage a full team.

I'm enjoying it, and think that some of you might too.

Only thing which would make this cooler is if everybody controlled a player onscreen (arcade-style), which is what I thought it was going to be when I clicked on the link.
