Yes, and it was a little shocking. This was a very good friend of mine, and I was looking through amateur photos, when surprise! Hey that person looks familiar! I emailed him, and he said that was from when he was 18 and stupid, and had taken a photo for a guy he was dating. He emailed the website and had it taken down.
I am pretty sure I saw a chyk who lived down the hall from me in college. She was hot, blonde, built like a dancer, irresistibly slutty, and sadly, only that one pic of her ever surfaced. I say sadly because I spent the better part of a semester trying to tap that. (I said she was slutty, not easy.)
Last I heard, she was CFO for the European division of a major office supply company.

I friend once emailed me and told me to check out “Sierra” or some porn-named chick on a local soft-core website. Sure enough, it was this woman I used to work with. She has a VERY distinctive tattoo, so it was clearly her, topless. I saw her at a party recently, but couldn’t think of a excuse to ask her about her “modeling”.
The closest I’ve come to this is spotting a former student in Playboy as part of a “Girls of the Pac-10” pictorial.
Oh, and the one that was a stripper after school hours.
I [del]came across[/del] found a cousin of mine on one of the many gay porn sites dedicated to military men. There were a number of stills and a video of him participating in both solo and partnered acts. He’s a straight and married marine. I’m minding my own business on this one, and he doesn’t know i’ve seen it. Considering I’m the (so far) only gay in the family, no one else has or probably will run across it unless it’s brought to their attention.
I was in an acting class once where three of the six women involved were all strippers at the same club, and they were trying to recruit two of the other three. That count?
(And, annoyingly, the one stripper I was paired with for scene work was never, -ever- able to make rehersals. Very frustrating.)
An ex-boyfriend once sent me a link that an acquaintance of his had sent him with the message, “Look what Black Sunshine is up to since you broke up.”
Other than her boobs being slightly smaller, the girl looked EXACTLY like me. If you’d never seen me topless, you’d never know the difference. In some shots she was removing a shirt just like one that I used to own.

Similar situation to Black Sunshine’s. A pal emailed me a link to a porn site where one of the girls on the home page looked uncannily like his ex.
He emailed the link to her current husband, who’s a radio DJ on one of those morning zoo shows. The guy showed it to his cohorts on the air, and they, having met his wife, went crazy.
I took the pic and put a Santa hat on it, then printed out a bunch of Xmas cards and mailed them to my pal. He said he sent one to the president.

Not from my class, but a girl from my high school once made national news because a girl she had gone to school with became a porn star and used HER name for it.
A couple weeks ago an old friend of mine, who we all knew as a major porn connoisseur, IMed me at 2 in the morning he found a photo of "Mary Smith (not real name), a hot girl we used to go to school/party with, on an amateur site and confirmed it was her. Imagine that. Some trip.
In a kind of reverse story, a friend of mine in college did some, ahem, exotic dancing part time. She showed up for the first day of class one semester to find that the professor was one of her regular customers. Awkward!
