Trying to set up a poll for Quasi, for WoW players to identify their Faction/Class for their main character.
You can post to include race if you wish…that would be kinda tedious to code as a poll.

My main is an Alliance Mage, Gnome.
Hmm… I guess you mean current main, right? That would be my Horde DK then, after maining my Horde Hunter for Wrath. Thinking about switching again, probably to my Druid or Shaman.
I have three 85s, Gnome Mage, Night Elf Druid, Dwarf Paladin–but the Mage is my main. I like playing a caster–the glass cannon thing. Lotsa BOOM! but kinda squishy. Also like to get my tank on–that’s what the Pally is for.
Of course, my fat-ass fingers picked the wrong one. Take one away from Horde Rogue, add one to Horde Priest…

Alliance Shaman. ENHANCEMENT Shaman, if you please. Petition Blizzard for more fist/claw type agi weapons and some cooler headwear for me.
Worgen shadow priest. He’s been my main since I started playing at the beginning of BC (obviously he hasn’t always been a worgen). I’ve also got an 85 dwarf paladin, human death knight, and gnome mage. I really want a boomkin/tree, so that’s probably going to be the next toon I level. Should be easy, since there’s so much BOA gear that gives XP bonuses nowadays.
Orc Warlock for me. That’s since Cata went live, up to then it was a Human Paladin.

No Other option? I’m in the midst of trying to get away from tanking and onto dps, pally to mage.
I love DPS. No matter what I play, it’s DPS. Fastest to level, etc. And I don’t want the pressure of expectations in a dungeon. I can do DPS. I don’t know if I can tank or heal, but I’ve seen it go badly too many times to want the responsibility.
Well, I selected Alliance/Mage in the poll, but I wish I could have been given an option to choose more than one.
My Gnome mage, for lack of a better turn of phase, is just me. I am a short, destructive female who sometimes wears pigtails. I like to think I play her well, although I have backed off from really pressing content with her. She is cursed when it comes to high end raid content, though…or rather, I am cursed.
More than a year ago, I raided WotLK, with hardmode achievements for everything up to the LK, and we just couldn’t get him down. On a lark, I brought in my Holy Paladin and we downed him. sigh I shelved the Holy Pally when Cata launched and tried to go back to my Mage.

Now, the toon I seem to end up on the most, though, is my Nelf Disc Priest.
Moral of the story: Never let them know you can heal!

There are the perks, though. I’m looking for them, still, with the Priest, but my Pally recalls the Dreamwalker fight very fondly. She was geared to the teeth for int/sp regardless of armor class, and I could swim the portals like a pro. For a brief, shining few weeks, she was a freaking rock star. 
I’ve shut down my account (again) but my main was a dwarf hunter, and of all my characters he was always the most fun to play.

Sounds awesome. Because I’ve played every class up to 80 (save my warrior, 78) I don’t actually excel at any of them. I do okay in dungeons though, and better than okay on some toons.

Deeps is the only way I have ever played. I am working on a priest
to try my hand at healing. Im sure ill get laughed out of instances a few times

I thought blood was the DK tank spec?
