E-mail automatic timer?

Is there is an e-mail program out there where you can set an auto response for a particular person in a specific amount of time? So that you can send them reminders in say, two months, when it's time for their next appointment.

I bet you could jerry rig it using google calendar.

You'd have to make an event 2 months out and have it send a reminder e-mail.

memotome.com seems like it fits your description, although I've not used it.

I have used nudgemail to email me at the appointed time with the body of the email containing the reminder text and the email address to which to send it. That way I would be reminded of the pending task. But you could accomplish this by including both the remindee and yourself on the auto-reminder, thus cutting out a step.
