I don't think their re population attempt is going to work.

Probably the best in the post apocalyptic themed Bound Heat movies in terms of film-making. It has definitely a stronger story than the others and quite a bit of action through it.

Wait it is a genre? Hmm this demands investigation! Zombie softcore can you be far behind?

That's a movie from a director (Lloyd Simandl) whose studio (Bound Heat) specializes in softcore bondage/punishment women-in-prison/white-slave films. It's not a nod to some post-apocalyptic softcore genre, but an attempt to have variety in plots among their otherwise nearly identical offerings.
