So do you ever wonder whatever happened to certain posters that have dropped off the board to never return?

My top two are:

LifeSucks, the guy that was irrationally afraid of going under general anesthesia because he thought he would be replaced with another being.

He regularly posted about his fear for almost 3 months exclusively in the referenced thread. He had the surgery and returned to claim that he was a changed man. Then never to be heard from again.

sj15010, the guy that found his brother in law’s diary in his wife’s underwear drawer.

He only made 3 posts, all in that thread. Was the situation innocent, or nefarious? We’ve never heard.

So who are you curious about?

The guy that wrote about a “skank” he had a one-night stand with and now found out he was (probably) a dad. Something must have happened because all of the sudden the thread got closed and the mods pulled an Officer Barbrady “Nothing to see here.”

I’ve said it before…what ever happened to the person who came in in like…2012? and claimed to be a girl who is paralyzed from the neck down because of a skiing accident, then she “died”, then she said the death was a hoax

…and it turned out that it was apparently some person who does this in multiple boards? Did we ever prove that?

Would this be a good place to mention those whose Usernames have been changed along the way? I can think of several who fit that description.

It would be a shame to mention their old names out of ignorance of such a change. :slight_smile:

Not that there is a specific rule against that I personally think that is bad form. Most have changed their names simply because they didn’t like their original choice. Others may have more important reasons.
