Using ‘‘browse’’ on several titles Netflix is showing me a grey rectangle labeled ‘‘play’’ I cannot go to ‘’+list’’ without actually starting the ‘‘play’’ for a few seconds. What am I overlooking?

You’re missing the red button that says “Add”, which on mine is right next to “Play”…
Also, you’re on the DVD site. If you’re just looking for streaming titles you should go to the streaming site.
