Recently Netflix reformatted and I got Firefox 38.0.5.
Now “+my list” is either missing or don’t work.
Sometimes I get a grey box that says ‘‘play’’ and no ‘‘my list’’ option.
Sometimes I get a circle with a plus and ‘‘my list’’ but it sometimes don’t work.
I have talked to Netflix persons and they don’t understand. They ask for an example, put the example title on my list, announce that it is fixed.
Make sure everything is updated. Flash, Silverlight, etc.
Have you tried with an alternate browser?
Above, except for the grey box appears to be Firefox formatting problems.
The grey/gray box gives me no way to get to +my list.
