Apparently the smart money is on Padmanabhan Srikanth Srinivasan, who immigrated here with his family from India as a boy. He was confirmed to the federal bench in 2013 with no dissenting votes, which would make it difficult to argue against him without looking like complete idiots. He’s also a moderate.
