BTW I am aware that pretty much anywhere except my native Holland, it is illegal to smoke, but since when was talking about it illegal as well? Tory politicians do it all the time these days, why can’t we?

This is the A&E forum, although the subject did include the word “Cafe”, the OP was hardly relavent. At best, this would qualify as an IMHO.

The powers that be don’t seem to like discussions of illegal or quasi-illegal activities (drug preferences, Napster, kitty porn, etc.). Granted you can apparently craft the master doobie in Holland with no legal problems, but over here is another matter. As the kind folks over at the Chicago Reader host our little world, posts which stretch the boundaries of U.S. law tend to get locked.
