Would You Like to Touch My Boobies? That'll Be $32K

Judge says it’s overcharging.

So, apparently, the fellow had buyer’s remorse.

I’d think someone would let an old man grab their tits for TONS cheaper. As a matter of fact, we need a good, old fashioned price war.
So, um…I’ve got 5 bucks right here! A niiiiiiiiiiice crisp Lincoln! Who gets felt up first?

don’t come running all at once!

Well, it is only $3,200 per time, and then only $1,600 per boob.

Almost a bargain.

I wonder what a fair price would be? I’m gonna be sending out invoices soon…

Man, and I thought I was getting burned when that hooker wanted an extra 20 to take her top off!

Pretty slick on Judge Hakki’s part. He’s passing the question of proper price on to another court. Coward. What kind of research will the next judge do?

Um… wellm I have balls to fondle.

Two hundred fifty bucks a pop.

Two for one special thru the weekend.

That seems especially steep if you’re not straight . . .

When will people learn? In the long run, buying is always cheaper than renting.

You’d think so, wouldn’t you? :dubious:

You clearly have not learned the Businessman’s Credo –
If it floats, fucks, or flies,
Rent, don’t Buy.

If the guy has senile dementia, that would seem to be the relevant legal point. The key point to my mind is that the old guy probably has lost his ability to know what he’s doing. I wonder why that wasn’t the basis for the judge’s ruling.

For some reason, apparently the judge did npt want to rule the man was not mentally comptent to see to his own affairs. Possibly that might have led to a some form of commitment to an institution, if no family were available or willing to take responsibility for him.

If he’s giving $32,000 to a woman so he can grope her breasts, he clearly is not capable of managing his own affairs. There’s a whole industry in Florida devoted to soaking old people who’ve accumulated wealth over the years who the lose their mental group and if they run afoul of the grifters, they shortly lose their wealth. Very nasty stuff. You have to recognize when these people have a problem and help them out early, before they lose it all.

Simply selling something to a person with senile demntia is legal, isn’t it? As long as the price is reasonable, that is.

I would think that was the point, if he’d paid a market price I doubt anyone would care

Will you be delivering or do I…

I mean or does someone from out of state have to come to you?

I know exactly nothing about Finnish law, but in the U.S. at least, it is very difficult and expensive to prove someone incompetent to enter a contract. Establishing “incompetence” involves a lot of time-consuming and expensive expert testimony and such, while establishing an unreasonable fee (in Finland) appears to involve saying, “Judge, based on your general life experience, don’t you think this price is nuts?”
