My four-year-old has picked 22 of the not-yet-ripe lemons off of my lemon tree.
Damn.
Anyway so they don’t go to waste, can anyone think of something to do with them? Can I candy them somehow? Make green-lemon pie? I googled but nothing came up that seemed relevant.
Do citrus fruits not continue to ripen slightly off the tree? You could always put a few in a paper bag with a ripe banana and see if the lemons get a little riper.
