Citrus Fruits with "peel"

how many citrus fruits are there with peel? like oranges. there are also limes and lemons that i know off, but are there any other, less common, but still edible, ones?

What do you mean by ‘peel’?

It’s just the skin - all citrus fruits have skin

Assuming that you’re asking which citrus fruits have peel that is edible, then it’s pretty much all of them, but particularly Lemons, limes, grapefruits oranges and citrons (citrons are like enormous rough lemons and are mostly skin - the skin is candied to make ‘peel’.

Then there are Kumquats (for the botanist, not truly citrus as they belong in the genus Fortunella, but the difference is arbitrary for ordinary mortals) - these are like tiny (usually oval) oranges with very sour pulp and sweet skin; they are eaten whole or can be candied.

google is your friend
