I am posting this in GQ because it is a factual question about a game – -- –
A friend showed me a game on her phone called “100 Doors.” I was instantly hooked!!!
But I do not have an android-type phone.
Yes, I’m tempted to get one lol; but really, I can’t afford the service so I’m wondering if there’s any wasy to play the game on a pc?
Thanks!

There are online flash versions.
There’s also an Android emulator called Bluestacks which you can use for Android apps on your pc.
Excellent!! Thank you both!
There are also inexpensive (< $300) android tablets (the Nexus 7, for example) that don’t require any ongoing service payments (because they’re not phones).
I wouldn’t recommend simulating this game on a PC, as some of the puzzles are solved by the way you move the tablet (or phone).

And most desk top monitors are too heavy to shake.
Oh, and now I am remembering the first 21" CRT monitors that came out for PCs. It would turn “100 doors” into a 2 player fitness game
Bwa-ha-haaa! Sure enough! Couldn’t even get your arms around some of them puppies.
Factual questions about games can still go in the Game Room.
