I got another one of those annoying phone calls tonight from a guy who wanted to clean my carpets or something, and he was very adamant about the fact that if I wasn’t 100% satisfied he would return EVERY SINGLE PENNY OF MY MONEY (his emphasis)!! It dawned on me then: by whose standards does that apply? I mean, couldn’t just ANYONE say they are not satisfied? How do these people save themselves from not being screwed all the time? Of course I would never take advantage of someone like that, but I’m just curious how they make any money with so many dishonest people in the world…

They get away with saying stuff like that because they know honest people such as yourself would never demand their money back…
unless they left giant black spots or something on your carpet.

And other companies get away with it by making the product a huge headache to return.
