1920's Style Death Ray

Found this today, blogged about it, then realized that I simply had to let the SDMB know about it. An artist in Longview, WA, has built a beautiful 1920’s style death ray. It operates and everything – see the video on his site. On top of that, it’s for sale.

Anybody want one?

Strangest double post ever!?

Ahhh! It’s a 1920’s style DEATH RAY!!!

Careful. The last time we went on like this, the thread lasted over 1,000 posts.

I should know, I’m a prime reason why.

Pssshh… I’ll just wait for the 2020’s Style Death Ray.
:Checks Calender:

Perhaps, but I believe it was the TRIPPPLE post to that thread that started the legend. 'course, that was back when we still thought scalar weapons were for real.

Good grief. 5338 posts before a mod shut that down. I missed all the good stuff.
