I am really glad I got back to my support group befor March ended, that was very important to me somehow.

Sigh. I went completely off the rails for March break, and am having a hard time getting back into it. I’m not eating with abandon - I’m still aware of the points values of (most) of what I eat, but I haven’t been tracking. I also haven’t been to the gym in weeks.
This motivation stuff is HARD.
Last three weeks:
+1.4
+1.2
-0.4
182/177.6/?
I’m down 5 pounds this week. I’d be excited about that, but it’s largely because for most of the week I’ve had an abcess in my jaw and haven’t wanted to put much of anything in my mouth…
449/411/220 (for now)
Well I had a gain this week, a bounce back from the weight lost over the past several weeks. I gained 2.4 lbs. I will make some adjustments here and move forward.
I was down .8 this week. Two weeks in a row that I’ve had a loss. I don’t think that’s happened since before Christmas.

Thanks.
Keep up the good work everyone!

Anyone know what that translates to in miles? I’ve been doing the Leslie Sansone thing, and I often walk 1, 2, or 3 miles without ever leaving my living room. I know that is so many steps in so many minutes at a certain tempo, but I’ve never done the math.

It depends on your stride length. I know that I run/jog/fast walk remarkably close to 1600 steps/mile. So for me, that would be about 6 miles.
