2008 Olympic medalist hotties!

Nastia Liukin is a beauty:

No medal yet, but Logan Tom is breathtaking.

No kidding! I watched (non-beach) volleyball for the first time yesterday, mesmerized by her beauty. Oh, she is hot out on that court, and she seems to be star player to boot.

After last night’s pole vault finals, gold-medaller Elena Isinbaeva gets my vote (I’ll leave the event double entendres up to you).

And I’d have to say that no event (not even women’s beach volleyball) can come close to synchronized swimming in terms of sheer hotness of the average competitor.

I’ll take #13, thanks.

:Checks Nastia’s drivers license:

I suppose that’s legal. Maybe I’ll play it safe and go with Kari Strug.

Amazed Lolo Jones hasn’t made anyone’s list! Sadly the Google image search (which I linked) does not have her in any super sexy poses but hopefully that is enough to show this is one smoking hot lady.

There are some other lookers up there no doubt but surely she belongs on this list (not sure if she has won a medal…I think the flubbed the hurdles on the last hurdle and blew her chances there…not sure if she has pulled any other medals).

Oh my…how did we miss Leryn Franco (all nice but pic #8 in particular)?

I have to pop in to share Alex Despatie with all of you.

Except only to look at. No touching.

He just won a silver medal for Canada in the men’s 3m springboard diving.

I thought Logan Tom was hot in 2004, but she’s got a pissed off look on her face all the time now. She looks like a deranged Jon Mayer. This year’s indoor volleyball hottie is Kim Glass.

Okay, but only if I can have Dara Torres (14).

Yep, I posted in the Olympic OCD thread about how weird I find all of the hugging after every play, but I’m watching USA vs. Cuba right now, and I’m loving every happy Glass moment, even if (or perhaps especially if ;)) it involves extraneous hi-fives and huggng. She has a stunning smile.

I think she may be the most beautiful woman in the entire Olympics.

Oh and what makes it even better is that Kim Glass may be the best player (she’s definitely the best spiker) on a US team that’s beating a very solid Cuban team 2 sets to nil. She’s got it all, beauty AND brawn.
