2012 NFL Playoffs Discussion Thread

As a Steelers fan, I have to ask myself the same thing - though, I expect the Patriots would’ve ended our season anyway.

I just wanted to add that SF-NO was football at its best. What a game…

Rare is the time when I can convince my wife and kids to watch football with me, but they were all riveted to the TV for the entire fourth quarter of that game. It was exciting as hell, some great individual plays, some amazing play calling, and people playing well. We loved it too.

GO TEXANS!

Hey, I always root for the team that beats my team to go all the way.*

*Except when its the Steelers.

I root for under dogs usually, unless Bears are playing.

Oh no, Dan Deirdorf… Og, he looks old.

Can i just say that, even as a Ravens fan, i find Ray Lewis’s pre-game “dance” pretty ridiculous.

That said, i hope that Lewis and the D crush a few Texans today.

Go Ravens!

Go Texans! It’s rarified air and an awesome opponent, just play your best do yourself proud.

Rackers’ numbers are off a little but mainly due to holder changes mid season. Hopefully he’s back to where he and Turk are in sync again.

Dumb.

Idiot.

What a mistake!

One step forward, two steps back.

I was wondering about that Boldin catch. Just as a point of order, if a receiver has his left foot hit twice in bounds after catching the ball but his right lands out of bounds, is that still two feet in and a catch? Immaterial here as Boldin got a hand or elbow too, but it does raise the question, does it have to be separate feet?

Foster had fumbleitis last week early. Thankfully no sign of that again yet.

I’m pretty sure that both feet need to touch.

It’s definitely both feet; one foot twice is not good enough. Michael Crabtree had a catch taken away by Mike Carey for that earlier this season.

Yates is staring Andre Johnson down, and it cost him.

Flacco’s passing game is awful so far.

The Ravens are lucky that Houston can’t keep possession.

Must be nerves with Texans…

Now that’s a better pass.

Touchdown!

IMHO best game of the year. Neither team has anything to be ashamed of.
