Agreed. Not harsh at all. Yes he was late but the studs were up.
I must say that this is the first year I remember where a significant number of mid-table teams and already relegated teams seemed to take off for the holidays before the end of the season so obviously. The score lines the last week were ridiculous. Spurs are good, but they aren’t 6-1 and 7-1 good, nor are Chelsea, nor are City, etc., etc., etc. That’s not a trend I’d like to see continue. 
Stay up, absolutely. Too much money at stake.
They were mid-table last year and I think with some judicious spending they can be there again.
Controversial first goal for Arsenal after four minutes…should add a bit more fire to an encendiary match.

Chelsea is playing physically but they dont seem to have sny intensity. Conte has done a poor job preparing them.

That was a very good game to watch. Chelsea certainly didn’t show up the first half until about 30 min. gone. However, they were much better in the second half. Multiple opportunities to get a different result.
Ironic that Wenger collects a trophy the one year he doesn’t collect his favorite “trophy” with Arsenal. 
Think Conte is more likely to be sacked than Arsene now.

PL ratings in the US were reportedly down this past year. I’m not all that concerned about futbol’s popularity here plateauing but I will be if this reduces the number of games I can watch in the future.
I doubt NBC will reduce the number of PL games they show in the USA. I wonder if the ratings were down because several appealing matches were broadcast on Friday and Monday nights in the UK, meaning a mid-afternoon broadcast in most of the United States.
For you Californians…Man City v Real Madrid in the LA Colosseum and Man Uni v Real Madrid in the 49ers stadium.
I suspect the numbers were down because, compared to last season’s fantasy story, this season was boring.

When you add in the three passing exchanges that preceded it, it was a pretty awesome goal.
