How’d you like that interview she finally did? Brutal. She has certainly not gotten better in that respect.
It was fine. No bombshells and no surprises, but fine.
I guess if you don’t expect authenticity, honesty, or direct answers to questions…
I expected Hillary Clinton. Did you expect someone else?
Best answer ever. Yes, we definitely saw Hillary in all her glory in that interview.
What’s the “gotcha” here? Hillary was Hillary. Everyone knows who she is, and everyone knows what she’s like on TV and in interviews. And she’s leading big in the polls, early as it is. These interviews won’t affect anyone’s opinion of her unless they just landed from another planet that didn’t get American radio and TV.
Frankly Hillary could order coffee and adaher would accuse her of avoiding direct answers to the waiter’s questions. Remember: form conclusion first, then twist universe to fit conclusion.
Well, he honesty numbers can’t get much lower, or her perception of being a fake. But interviews like that at least keep people reminded how dishonest and fake she is. I imagine she’ll practice media avoidance for awhile again. That interview was Palin bad.

If her goal was to raise those numbers, she failed.
Freefall!
God you’re adorable. As much as I want you to change the way you post, assertions like this just make me want you to stay the same forever.
Her goal is to win the Presidency, and those numbers don’t seem to have much to do with her big lead in the polls right now.
The best strategy is to attack the Republicans, while at the same time advocating for Democratic policies. But mainly attacking Republicans. Negative politics work, and the Republicans are very attackable.
Any observation that begins with, or even implies “If the election were being held today …” can and should be immediately dismissed.
Well, 538 often differentiates between the way the numbers are now and the way they’re likely to be on election day, so it’s important to label them to try to keep people from conflating the two.
If the election were held today, Clinton would win IA and NH handily. So I’m not sure what Elvis is complaining about. No one is saying Sanders would win if the election was held today.
But a few months from now, since he hasn’t peaked yet, that could change.
Hillary WOULD be in trouble if the Democrats had a sane alternative, but she doesn’t. So far, the media haven’t dared portray Sanders as the fruitcake they all know he is (he makes Michelle Bachman and Todd Akin look sane), but eventually, when it’s time to play hardball, the Clintons will crush him.
And have you seen the way she eats crackers?
Adaher said Sanders had insane positions but refused to answer when twice asked to name some.
Care to elaborate on what makes Sanders a “fruitcake?”
Nothing Sanders has done or said since he announced (nor before, AFAIK) makes him look crazy. What statements in particular are you thinking of?
You want nuttery?
Scan for “cervical.”
Bernie Sanders is the kind of fruitcake every free newsweekly has on staff.
