Wow—he’s the second Night Court star to pass away in the last few years (after Harry Anderson). Amazingly, John Astin, who played Harry’s father Buddy, is still alive.
Paula Kelly died last year. She was part of the cast on the first season. Ironically, she was the only cast member who received an Emmy nomination that season, which she received after having left the series.
