Grubby has died at the age of three. Which is actually a good lifespan considering Grubby was an opossum.
Grubby was in the news back in 2023 when she invaded Alaska. She did this via a shipping container that was sent to Alaska from Washington. Opossums are considered an invasive species in Alaska so local authorities spend several weeks trying to capture Grubby after she was first spotted. She was eventually caught and placed in a zoo but not before compounding her crime wave by having a litter of babies.
