I don’t expect any of this to be happening within 50 years, especially half of Americans using “sky-cars”. And soldiers can’t even get decent armor today, much less clothes that will constantly track their health. Who cares if we can immediately find out that Private Jones has been fatally shot when the money could have been spent stopping the bullet?
Yeah, flying cars are such a cliche. They’ll never be as popular as the car. However flying emergency vehicles don’t seem that far fetched.
Some of it was very interesting, like growing the heart valve. Some of it might be possible in 2057, but I very much doubted the need for it. Trotting out Moller’s vaporware skycar yet again had me rolling my eyes, but he does have 50 years to fill the show’s hype.
