I’m jealous.
Although I did know 3 actors before they became famous. When they (and I) were children, in fact. One of whom was the afore mentioned Phillip Seymour Hoffman.
And just a couple of years ago I shared the stage with an actress/singer who seems to be carving out quite a career as a budding opera singer.

I might add that in putting this puzzle together, I myself couldn’t keep track of all the Cusacks and Turturros and Buscemis involved. You did better than I.
Great (he says sarcastically), but I know how I want this to end, but I just can’t get the pieces to quite fit. It will be brilliant if the answer is somehow what I hope it is.
I will also add that the Cradle Will Rock link is a pretty obscure one. While 95% of that cast consists of household names, the one actor necessary to complete the puzzle is someone unknown to me, and was only included because he/she provided the link.

Curious: What outcome are you hoping for?
I’m guessing it’s Gregg Edelman for the The Cradle Will Rock. If that’s the case then I’m missing the last tie in. But if you confirm that it’s him I can find it, and it means I know the final movie as well.
