I’ve seen this license plate number in several different Hollywood films over the years (examples, off the top of my head, are found in LA story and Traffic). I don’t get it. I can’t figure out a phrase that it would spell out, so I think it must be an inside joke or message that filmmakers use. Does anyone know what it is?

Apparently, that plate has shown up on TV shows and ads too. It’s probably a dummy plate that California won’t ever produce due to the distribution of numbers and letters.
That or a cryptic reference to a verse in Galatians by The Illuminati.
