I’ve been freinds with the owners for years and years and years and I’ve yet to close it (or any bar for that matter).
Could it be that fast? 
I presume that it’s a Spinal Tap reference; “This one goes to eleven.”

That particular WI plate style (Sesquicentennial?) is really hard to read. I['m surprised that they approved it (or that anyone requested it). I was behind one the other day at a stoplight and was struck by what a visual mess they are.
