“Ham faked”? Is that pretend treyf?
I recall a bit from one of Larry Gonick’s paperback ethnic joke books from the 1970s, a set of “General Orders to the Front” in the Israeli army. Don’t recall the whole list, but it included “Do not twiddle your commanding officer’s buttons while receiving orders,” and “Please refrain from giving advice to the Commander in Chief.”
