Three unarmed bodybuilders vs one female lion.
When I say unarmed bodybuilders I mean 3 of the strongest real life guys you could think of with no weapons.
My money is on the bodybuilders because humans are smarter than lions and the fact that once they got the lion pinned down one of them could stomp the head until it died.
And two bodybuilders are going to pin down a four hundred pound adult lion exactly how? They better act quick; all the lion has to do is maul one of them and there’s only one left to hold the thing down for the other guy to stomp on its head. I’m not sure you appreciate the strength a lion’s strength and a human’s comparable frailty. We don’t have claws or sharp teeth, and being able to bench press a semi isn’t much of a substitute.
A lioness weighs 400 lbs are you serious? Well that changes everything, let me up that to 4 bodybuilders with baseball bats or 5 without weapons your choice.
What I want to know is, why is it so much more disturbing to me to picture 4 bodybuilders going at a lioness with baseball bats than to picture a lioness going at 3 bodybuilders with her teeth and claws?
Depends. Is the female lion mad because her boyfriend said he’d “call tomorrow” so she waited around all day and he didn’t call until 8:30 at night and said “I had to work late and now I’m tired so I’m just going to go home and hit the sack” 'cause if so then those guys are toast.
I’m 6’4", 210 lbs. A pretty strong guy.
When we had to give our CAT, or little 8lb domesticated CAT medicine, I had to wrap him up in a towel and nearly lay on him to try to keep him still.
The last time we trimed our 60lb dogs toenails it took 4 people to hold her still (we are looking into this, she freaks out. She’s a complete doll otherwise). Two vet techs me and my Wife.
The Lion would bat the body builders around like tissue paper.
Three bodybuilders VS. one female lion = one well fed lion.
I know a few people that would pay good money to see this, and at least 2 people willing to take part for the right amount. 
Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Do the bodybuilders have lion taming hats? With the words “lion tamer” on them that light up in great big neon letters? Because that would definitely make a difference.

You really can’t “hold down” a lion. They have 5 out of 6 spikey bits and being opened up like a can of tuna isn’t good in a fight.

Yeah, but we’re talking unarmed people in the OP…
You should never go without a spear into lion country…

If they don’t have arms, they’re just screwed. 
Seriously, it depends how smart the bodybuilders are. I’d imagine if they leave the lioness alone while she starts in on BB#1, they’d have a chance for a good ambush. Not a guarantee, but a chance.
Of course, figuring out which BB got to be body #1 is another difficulty altogether. :dubious:
4 bodybuilders with bats will easily kill a lioness. One good whap to the head of the lion will kill it. If there are 4 of em they should be able to at least get one good shot in.
I think that these bodybuilders should make the transition to lion taming gradually, like perhaps banking or insurance.
