I’ve had a Pit Bull, and a Pit Bull/GSD mix, and they were sweet dogs, who went to obedience classes, and got walked every day. 10 of any breed in a small space is insane. There’s no way those dogs were trained or safely maintained.

I’m thankful the kid will still get help. Both doctors deserve a lot of credit for doing the right thing. KFC isn’t withdrawing the money either. She’s not responsible for what her parents did.

And while I agree with you that she’s an innocent and that “the sins of the father should not fall on to the son”, the cynical part of me is disappointed / upset that the family is getting rewarded for their deceptive actions.

In my defense I am entirely aware that Buzzfeed is not legitimate news (I even said as much). It’s just a site I frequent often, they report on news stories here and there, and there ya go.

I don’t watch the news/pay attention to the news (You can make your face again Voltaire, and it’s a conversation I’ve had a million times to a million people), but I figured a cite for whatever I was talking about was warranted

$30,000 is pocket change to KFC. Is the family going to give back all the donations from ordinary people who may have sacrificed to give to her fund, and maybe aren’t feeling so charitable, now that they know they’ve been duped?

I’m glad at least there is a 3rd party trustee, or the next thing we’d probably hear is that money is being funneled into the grandfather’s legal fund.

I’ll bet he’s out on bail, and a lot of the dogs got put down.
