Can you explain it for the clueless among us (like me?)
On one of those Housewives shows, one Housewife pushed over a table in a restaurant, and screamed “prostitution whore!” (actually, “haww!”) at another Housewife. It became a go-to clip online, thus a Housewife virgin like myself having seen it.
Glad I’m not the only one who thought it blew. I realized about halfway through the episode that I was sitting stone-faced and hadn’t laughed at all.
I’ve carefully avoided watching any of those abominable “Housewives” shows—and for that, don’t I deserve to be rewarded rather than punished?
Will The Queen of Jordan one day be remembered as The Shark that was jumped?
When it ended, my wife said “I think that episode was The Shark”.
Wow. Really swimming against the current on that one. I disliked the first one so much, I didn’t bother watching this one. I thought the live ones were great.
That’s why shows pay so little attention to fan feedback. No matter what they do some people vociferously love it and some just as loudly hate it.
I turned it off as soon as I saw it was going to be another Queen of Jordan “spoof.” The first one was terrible enough.
Ridiculously unfunny. I had to stop watching it because it was just irritating.
Yikes.
It seems I’m one of the few that LOVED the first Queen of Jordan, so I was looking forward to this one. It was…just okay. A lot of good, cheap laughs, but also a lot of re-used jokes from the first QoJ, and overall it didn’t tread any new ground. So I’ll agree that I hope this is the last one.
But, my god, “the worst 30 minutes of possibly any sitcom ever”? Some of you must not watch a lot of tv.
(I should add that I enjoy reality tv, and am thus predisposed to enjoy reality tv satire.)
