If the Forum Leaders view responds in near real time, then there are 3790 Charter Members (no SDSAB) as of 1:04 p.m. CDT (12:04 p.m. CST). As I mentioned earlier, though, Ed’s numbers will be higher.

No, you had it right with Central Daylight Time. It is “CDT” until October, when Central Standard Time resumes.
