40 Year old Virgin - Luca Perry, "Frosty", "Spoon"?

We watched the DVD the other night, very funny film.

There is one scene where a smart tech customer is arguing with Jay.

(Explicit langauge)

Smart Tech customer: I’ll tell you what. You know Luca Perry from 20th and 25th?

Jay: You ever heard of Rollin 20’s, nigga? Since I was sixteen, nigga, I’m saying, “frosty.” You know what I’m saying? “Spoon”, nigga. We fucked dwarves in the ass!

I had to get the quotes from IMDB.

Question: What are they talking about? Is Luca Perry a person? What have frosty spoons to do with it? I don’t suppose it matters all that much, its still funny, but I just wondered.

EDIT: Oh, and who is Willis? “Aim high Willis!”?

I took it to be names of gang members that he was throwing out, implying that he had connections with gangbangers. The Rolling 20s is a subset of the Crips.

I think the Willis was a joke on “whatchu talkin about Willis?” aka Webster cause the customer was noticeably shorter than Jay.

I just thought he was making stuff up.

Minor nit-pick. The 'whatchu talkin ‘bout Willis?’ is not from the TV show Webster but is from Diff’rent Strokes with Gary Coleman as the short guy.

Yeah I’ve actually never seen either show…got my short TV characters confused, my bad.

Spoon is a sex position when you fuck someone in the ass. Dwarf because the xustomer is short. Frosty is like a metaphor for an unpleasant experience. Basically jay is taunting the customer saying he is from the rolling 20s neighbourhood where people usually fuck dwarf in the ass frostily in the spoon position. So the customer shouldnt mess with him

Small clarification:

IMO, “spooning” does not always imply anal sex. I personally have never heard “spooning” used to describe anal sex, but I’m old, so maybe the term has been expanded.

“Spooning” is a term that usually refers to two people laying together on their sides, one directly behind the other… But anal sex isn’t necessarily a part of the action. I guess it could be, but spooning has always implied (to me, anyway) a passive action, where two people get close together like two spoons in a drawer, but you don’t have to be naked or have any inserting going on to have a valid “spoon”. Maybe things have changed… Time to check the urban dictionary!

I think you are right that Jay is giving the customer a description of what he should do, and “spooning” gives us viewers an easier visual image of what he is talking about.
And yes, “what you talkin’ 'bout Willis” is what Gary Coleman (as Arnold) used to say in “Different Strokes” to his brother Willis (Todd Bridges)

That’s what i thought too. Him, frosty and spoon used to fuck dwarves in the ass.
