It’s totally inappropriate, but okay, whatever. So it would have been appropriate for me to ask my female colleague in my hotel room during a break if I could masturbate in front of her? 1. under the legal age in your state.
2. A person who is not mentally capable of making a informed decision (including under the influence)
3. The person has made it clear that they would not be interested.
4. Immediate family members, or the like
