Today is the memorial. I’m asking for prayers / good thoughts / anything you got sent my way to help cope with this. I’m terrified I’m going to do the equivalent of throwing myself on the casket in a fit of convulsions. :frowning: I just can’t believe he’s been gone 8 days now.

Only advice I have for someone grieving at a funeral - there are no real rules. Whatever you do…whatever you feel…and however you act. That’s allowed, and it’s right for you.
Wishing you strength on one of the hardest day’s you may experience. At least you’ll be surrounded by love.

If you throw yourself on the casket, you throw yourself on the casket. Try not to add to your intense stress by putting too many restrictions on yourself.
