Y’all may be pleased to know that this Southerner not only knows what an ice scraper is, but keeps one in her glove box.
A lot of folks here just use a credit card or their drivers’ license tho.

I do know what one looks like, but that’s only because I’ve rented cars in Pittsburgh. Around here an ice scraper looks like the least favorite discount card you can find in your wallet, the one day you actually need one.
Probably an Escort, a Probe, or a Hummer.

I was going to guess a pop up cigarette lighter. The last three cars I owned, it was taken out by the previous owner.
I have my ice scraper/snow brush, ice scraper, snow shovel, snow boots, swimming shorts&t-shirt and beach towel in the trunk at all times. Got to be prepared.
And I’m sure I have at least one French fry under the seat.
