$69.50 for a refurbished PS3? What's the catch?

While shopping for a refurb Playstation 3, this link was near the top of Google’s search results. What’s the catch? Is it a piece of crap? Am I buying an empty PS3 box? Is there any reason I shouldn’t jump on this?

When you click on the button ‘check out’ or ‘BUY’, it sends you to 3 pages that require sign-up or registry. for example, they will offer you 15 subscriptions such as Blockbuster, NetFlix, Colombia House Music, etc etc. You WILL HAVE to subscribe to 3 of them before check out, which requires tons of forms and headaches.
