?'70s UK TV series Doctor in the House - St Swithin's Exterior shots?

Title says it all - not the 1950s movie (exterior shots filmed at University College London), but the 1960s/1970s series of ‘Doctor’ shows (Doctor in the House, Doctor in Charge, Doctor on the Go, etc) - IMBD has a disabled Filming Location link for Doctor in the House (boo), so does anyone know where the Exterior Shots of St. Swithin’s were filmed - specifically the Victorian[?] style entrance w/ tower (overlooking a rather large exterior parking lot for what’s supposed to be near-central London) that’s featured in numerous episodes as well as various opening sequences.

Thanks, that building seems to be it. For some reason I missed that line about the ‘establishing shot’ in the Wiki entry.
