What is a Frequency distribution table???

I’m guessingthat it is the number of times a certain number appears in a series of numbers.Am I even close?

I plugged “frequency distribution table” into Google and got this http://www.hbschool.com/glossary/math/definitions/frequency_d7.html as my first hit.

It is a TABLE showing the frequency of occurences of various events…for 8th grade work, it should generate a Bell Curve (i.e. shaped like a bell).

been awhile since I used anything like that but my hunch was right. At least it wasn’t entirely wrong.
The homework got done, wrong the first time right the second time.I just hope she remembers how to do it.
Its dificult to know weather to step in and help or let them make mistakes first.
