92 Chocolate Easter Eggs

It’s a riff on a movie title, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

This reminds me (for some reason) of the time I went grocery shopping just after Easter, and the store had a shopping cart full of Cadbury Eggs at some ridiculously low price like five cents each. Of course, I took advantage of the opportunity to stock up, and stuck a plastic bag of them into the fridge. The bag got shoved to the back of the shelf, and about two months later, having forgotten all about it, pulled it out to discover my bonanza.

You reminded me of the time I happened to be at Macy’s when they were marking down the seasonal boxes of Frango chocolates. I think I got six boxes for like four bucks each. I gave some to my Mom and a co-worker and stuck a few in my freezer… which I promptly forgot about until I found them a few months later. That’s the best kind of surprise in the freezer.
