a call to all scifi experts out there - question for title

ok - so it’s 1am on the East Coast and I have been wondering about this for the longest time now.

I’m looking for a title of a scifi book - here’s what the book is about in a nutshell;
Person invents ‘wormhole’ camera into any moment -> end of privacy as we know it, same person discovers ‘wormcam’ can also see the past -> finally we know the truth about Jesus etc -> end of most religions, same person has daughter who runs off with guy and join some sort of underground organization.

Oh yes - there was a lot of mention of vidscreens…

Please, please help me out !!!

Yersinia - you rock…finally my mind is at ease. I can now lay myself to rest and switch off the “Showtunes” channel which I have been listening too ever since my mind occupied itself with finding the title of this book.
