''A Cry for Help: The Tracey Thurman Story''

In this Nancy McKeon classic, often shown on the Man-bashing/Abused-women/Lifetime network, I have a small question:

Did George Wyner play the “other” attorney? (Bruce Weitz played “Tracey Thurman’s” attorney.)

You saw him only toward the end as the trial was winding down.

I didn’t see any credits on the IMDB list for anyone that might have been the attorney–and he sure as hell looks like Wyner.

Any ideas???

If you don’t know who George Wyner is, you’re not alone. You probably don’t recognize the name, but–trust me–if you see him, you’ll recognize the face.

Well, I know who George Wyner is (you’re right – he’s a pretty busy character actor), but I haven’t seen this movie recently. Went over to IMDb and checked George Wyner’s list – nothing. OK, let’s scan the movie’s cast list. Hey – there’s David Wohl as “Nagel.” David Wohl looks a lot like George Wyner; he played the dean in Revenge of the Nerds. That’s probaby who you saw as the opposing lawyer.
