American Express B@nking (the spelling they use)
have adopted a new format that has a few problems. One
problem is it is not fully compatable with Netscape
Communicator. Having the browser crash during a session
might make a user think the site needs a bit of work.
American Express has started a survey for the users of
the site. But it only works with users of Internet Explorer. Users of Netscape Communicator just see a
blank pop-up window that says “Loading…”
I keep daydreaming about what the clueless would think of
the results. “Gee all of our problems have disappeared.”
“No one using Netscape voted. It must be obsolete.”
What other conclusions could the clueless deduce?
