Or it did when I was driving to work, especially with the jackass zooming up my tailpipe and flashing his headlights like I wasn’t going fast enough through the ten-foot visibility. I thought it was thick then but it’s gotten way thicker in the last few hours. I can’t see across the parking lot.
And it’s probably going to get worse as it warms up. Nice to get my walk cleared of the permafrost though! Be safe and don’t let the jerks intimidate you.
This would explain why the long delays. Two dead so far. 35 more injured, three life-threatening. Sorry they’re dead and all, but how dumb do you have to be, when encountering fog, to slam on your brakes instead of just slowing down? It’s not like fog isn’t visible before you get to it. Did none of these people notice that big grey thing up ahead at all?
Oh, and some were going 70 mph! Dang people! Otto, how did you do today? I had to take my son in to Monona on 12 from Deerfield. Ohmigawd I was shaking by the time I got home. I had a guardian angel pull in front of me on the way home so I could follow his taillights. Hope you are home and safe. Glad my work commute is one mile. Stay safe.
