She couldn’t give me a hug before my surgery, so she sent me something else to put around my neck: A beautiful scarf!

I’m so ready for this.
Shopping list for “by wednesday” is:
slippers for the hospital
teddy bear for the hospital (holding something against your tummy when sitting up/rolling over/coughing, etc makes it hurt less)
scale with digital readout
blank cds (he’s gonna record the surgery onto 'em for me)
And then I show up at 6am at the hospital on monday and my life changes
Stop that now. At least stop it some time after Thursday
